FORTFIX Fugenmörtel

FORTFIX Fugenmörtel is a cement-based tile grout. Offering high mechanical strength and color stability. Suitable for joint width 2-5 mm. Classified as type CG2 WA tile grout according to EN 13888. Fields of application: FORTFIX Fugenmörtel is a versatile applicable joint mortar especially suitable for premium-quality materials which are absorbent and slightly absorbent in both interior and exterior areas. The fine and smooth surface provides the perfect finish particularly in case of exclusive wall and floor zones. Material basis: fast setting cement combination with mineral fillers, real cement pigments and additives. The substrate covered with tiles should be perfectly clean. The joints should be carefully cleaned and dampened with a wet sponge.

· Working time in the container: Up to 4 hours after mixing
· Open time for work: Up to 25 minutes
· Application temperature: + 5° C – 30° C

· Walking on tiles: After 8 hours
· Mix water with water. 4 min, with about 0.53l / 2kg
· Storage: In a dry place without moisture, protected from direct sunlight
· Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production
