FORTFIX Reibeputz Sil

Fortfix Sil Reibeputz is a decorative render with a high-quality silicone base, in paste form, with good vapor permeability, with excellent workability and impermeability of water, and with resistance to UV radiation and atmospheric influences. Fortfix Sil Reibeputz is a ready-to-use facade with a scratched structure – rille.

The surface on which the Fortfix Sil Reibeputz is placed must be firm, clean, dry, and painted with the Putzgrund base. Fortfix Sil Reibeputz before use is mixed and if necessary diluted with a small amount of water up to 1% (0.25 l of water). The plaster is applied with a steel trowel as thick as a grain. Depending on the desired structure, the plaster is then processed with a plastic trowel: full structure – immediately after application to be structured with round movements; structure – after application be processed with round movements until the desired structure is achieved. It is necessary to work evenly and without interruption on continuous wall surfaces. For more detailed instructions see the product technical sheet.

NOTE
It is necessary to equalize the material required for the continuous facade surface by mixing the contents of multiple bins.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE
From +5°C to +30°C. Do not work under direct sunlight, rain, or strong wind. The facade must be adequately protected with mesh. High humidity and low temperatures can significantly extend the render bonding time.

CONSUMPTION
Approx. 2. 3-3. 2 kg/m² depending on the structure and grain size.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
18 months in original sealed packing. Store at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
